1. These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this accessories web site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.
Please note that these terms (including prices and returns policies) apply only to purchases made online from this accessories website. This website is separate from ee.co.uk and is operated by Kondor Limited ("we" or "us")
2. Our Contract
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you submit your order by clicking the Submit Order button on the Order Confirmation page.
After submitting an order to us we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an e-mail (our first e-mail). Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.
If your order is out of stock, we will send you a second e-mail which will tell you this, give details of anticipated delivery and giving you the option to accept or cancel. This notification is not legally binding until we confirm your order is in stock.
Alternatively we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our second e-mail will tell you so.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method. Please note that products, prices and offers in our stores may differ from those featured on this site.
Finally, we will send you an e-mail confirming the despatch of your order.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable and FREE UK delivery.
The total cost of your order will be the total price of the products and services you order, which will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order an item and the price published on the Site is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to fulfill your order at this price. We shall be under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. We shall give you the option of confirming the order at the correct price or if you so choose, to cancel the order altogether. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta and Switch/Maestro. We unfortunately do not accept American Express, Diner's Club, Corporate or Business Cards. Payment is deducted when we process your order.
Please be aware that you will only have three attempts to enter the correct card information when purchasing items from this site due to our fraud prevention requirements. Each rejected payment attempt creates a "shadow" payment which is logged on our site and with your card supplier. Please note that no money will be taken from your card and the "shadow" record will drop off your account normally within 7 days but may take up to 30 days.
4. Age Requirements
If you order a product with a minimum age requirement, by ordering you confirm that you are of the required age.
Here at EE Mobile Accessories we offer free standard UK delivery on all orders (2-5 working days.)Upgrade to express delivery (1-2 working days) can be selected at an additional charge of £4.95. Please note express deliveries to the Isle of Wight will take minimum 2 working days.
Deliveries are to UK only. Please allow extra time during the busy Christmas period, for New Year Sale deliveries and deliveries to remote areas and Scottish islands.
Delivery must be to the address at which your payment card is registered , which must be in the United Kingdom (this excludes the Channel Islands). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
6. Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 3.00pm, the next working day will be considered the first working day. In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra two working days.
We aim to deliver within 5 working days but this may increase during busy periods, such as Christmas and during any sale periods. Please allow up to 28 days before reporting non-delivery of your purchase.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for during the busy Christmas period, for New Year Sale deliveries and deliveries to Scottish islands.
Low value items are sent by Royal Mail first class post. More valuable items are sent recorded delivery using Royal Mail or other couriers. We cannot guarantee the use of any particular courier.
If you are out when the delivery is made, the courier will take it back to their local depot and leave a card through your door advising that they called and asking you to contact them for re-delivery, rejection or collection.
Regrettably, we are unable to guarantee delivery on any specific day.
7. How we Deliver
If your order includes more products than fit into one box, the delivery will arrive in separate boxes, possibly on separate days.
8. Tracking Your Delivery
If your order is being delivered by courier our third email will contain a link to the couriers website and a tracking number, so that you can use it to track your order right to your door.
9. Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please check whether they may be being delivered separately (see "How we Deliver", above) and whether they have been despatched (see "Tracking Your Order" and "Tracking Your Delivery", above). If your order is not en route to you, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions in para 12 and reproduced in the delivery documents.
You have entered into a “Contract to Purchase” if you have pressed the buy button on the website and, or given your payment details. We normally only deduct payment upon shipment or when an order is processed through our systems.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day, on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the total order of goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

Returns made direct to EE stores or EE.co.uk will not be accepted.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
Please note that headphones, earphones or Bluetooth headsets of any type are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons if the packaging is opened or the seals are broken in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights at all, or if returned under warranty and the goods are found to be defective.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
(a) The seal has been broken on any software including games;
(b) The goods were a special order to your specification.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (If earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods to EE Accessories Returns Dept, Kondor Headquarters, Christchurch Business Park, Radar Way, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 4FL, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days have expired.
The product must be complete, including packaging, instruction, accessories and any free items.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If, the goods, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods; or if the cost of returning the goods cannot reasonably be calculated in advance: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost is estimated at a maximum of approximately £20.00 for UK Mainland deliveries and collections. Should we need to arrange for the collection of the goods, then this fee will be charged to you, or deducted from any refund.
11. Return of Faulty Goods
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
If your item is faulty and needs to be returned, please contact the customer service department at email@example.com so we can arrange for a freepost returns envelope to be sent out to you where applicable. If a customer returns an item of their own accord, the customer will be responsible for the returns postage costs.
All OEM products come with a 1 year warranty and may be returned if faulty to Kondor . Please contact our administration firstname.lastname@example.org. Some manufacturers offer extended warranty terms of 2 or more years. Please check the manufacturer’s website.
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair or exchange. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
- in otherwise "as new" condition; and
- complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and, if possible, the original box and packaging).

Please return the product to EE Accessories Customer Services Dept, Kondor Headquarters, Christchurch Business Park, Radar Way, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 4FL.(10:00am to 16.00pm Monday to Friday). If a fault occurs while you are abroad, please contact us after you return to the UK.
If a CD, DVD or other software is faulty under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or refund your money. Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. We will also pay for the costs of collecting goods for replacement or refund.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. For consumable items (e.g. non-rechargeable batteries) the guarantee period is three months from delivery.
Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

This website is run by Kondor Limited under licence from EE Limited.
We, our, licensors and our suppliers own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
14. Errors & Omissions Excepted
Every care is taken to ensure that all information on this web site is present and correct. But there may still be errors on this web site. If you find an error or omission, please let us know, and we will correct it as soon as possible after verification.
We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused, but we cannot always offer the exact described product at the specified price, if errors and / or omissions are present.

15. Accessories Discount
Vouchers that we issue may only be used subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time of issue and these terms and conditions. Vouchers can be redeemed against accessories online at accessories.ee.co.uk and can only be redeemed online by entering the code at the online checkout.
Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and can only be used once. Vouchers are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Your right to return products purchased with a voucher are the same as if purchased using any other payment method but, where a refund is due this will be subject to the terms and conditions relating to refunds and be made by means of the issue of an equivalent voucher for the value redeemed at the time of the purchase and where any other payment was used to supplement the voucher any additional amount to be refunded will be paid through such other payment method.
Vouchers are valid for a maximum of 30 days from date of activation, unless otherwise stated on the voucher, and may be used only in one single transaction and any unspent value cannot be utilised.
16. Birthday promotions
1. Codes valid until 31.12.2018
2. Code can only be redeemed against the selected accessories in the EE online Accessories store. It cannot be redeemed against any other product or any other cost, including but not limited to, any monthly price plan amount or any early termination fees.
3. Code may only be redeemed in the EE online Accessories store (available here: accessories.ee.co.uk/promotion/Birthday100 and accessories.ee.co.uk/promotion/Birthday50) and is not valid on any other EE webpage, in any EE store, over the phone or through any other sales channel.
4. Only one code can be used per customer and only in one transaction.
5. Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6. Codes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. EE reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
17. Boku Payments1. Use of the Boku Service.
To use the Boku Service, you must have an SMS-enabled mobile phone capable of and authorized by the applicable wireless carrier for using Premium SMS text services (“Eligible Mobile Device”). If you are an individual, you must be either (a) at least 18 years old or (b) at least 13 years old and have been authorized by your parent or guardian to use the Boku Service. If you represent a business, you must be duly authorized to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the business. You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the Eligible Mobile Device and are responsible for any charges associated and/or have the bill payer’s permission to use the Boku Service to obtain goods or services.
